Taylor van Boekel
President
Taylor is the President of Van Boekel Landworks Ltd. With formal education in civil engineering and early career experience at RJ Burnside, he built a strong foundation in how landscapes are shaped, supported, and meant to endure. That technical background gives him a perspective that goes beyond surface-level design and informs every decision he makes.
Taylor is known for his calm leadership, strong work ethic, and hands-on approach. Whether he’s in the equipment or walking a site with a client, his focus is always the same: build it right, build it to last, and leave every property better than it was found. Under his leadership, Van Boekel Landworks Ltd. has earned a reputation across Muskoka for integrity, quality, and thoughtful execution.
Addison van Boekel
Finance & Operations
With nearly 10 years of experience in private lending and corporate finance, Addison leads the financial and operational side of Van Boekel Landworks. From budgeting and financial management to landscape maintenance coordination and day-to-day operations, she helps keep the many moving parts of the business organized and running smoothly.
James McArthur
Crew Lead
With more than 20 years of experience in landscaping and construction, James brings extensive knowledge of landscape construction, masonry, retaining walls, equipment operation and site supervision to Van Boekel Landworks. His broad skill set and decades of hands-on experience make him a valuable resource on complex projects and challenging job sites.
Josh Trentadue
Crew Lead
With over eight years of experience in landscape construction, Josh brings a strong hands-on background in hardscaping, concrete work, property maintenance and equipment operation to the Van Boekel Landworks team. As a Crew Lead, he works alongside his team in the field, helping coordinate day-to-day work and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Michelle MacLaurin
Office Manager
Michelle brings a strong background in administration, accounting, and operations support, with experience across fleet services, logistics, customer service, and small business operations. With a detail-oriented and organized approach, she plays an important role in keeping day-to-day office functions running smoothly while supporting both our team and clients.

With nearly 6 years of experience in tail wags, morale boosting, and site supervision, he plays an important role in keeping spirits high across the team. Frank oversees daily greetings, quality control on snack distribution, and ensuring every workday includes a reminder not to take life too seriously.
